Stop your search, you've found your next realtor! Ask me how I know... My husband and I were relocated to the "western region" for his job. Yes, "western region." Meaning we were looking for homes in multiple states, multiple locales within each of those states, and thus, had MULTIPLE realtors. Of those multiple realtors, Kalli was hands down the best to work with - bar none. She was always responsive, prepared, knowledgeable, prompt, and offering helpful insights. If there were questions, she had or got the answers. She, and her recommended experts, even guided us through the negotiations of a failed home inspection - saving us major future problems and heartache. She also stayed patient with us (for 2+ years!) while we refused to settle for anything less than our dream. I'm not even sure how many showings we asked her to schedule (sorry Kalli 😅) before finding "the one." But find it, we did! And, fortunately, we found it in her territory. We pounced. Her expertise made the process a breeze. She also put us in touch with an amazing team, who helped us blow a competing offer out of the water. Professional, friendly, and fun to work with. We cannot say enough good things about Kalli. (Although she likely has nightmares about us, arranging our invisible furniture across innumerable living rooms!)
